On the morning of 23rd October, the 10th Mazu Culture Tourism Festival was launched in Mazu Culture Village in Macau. Wenyi Lin, the Vice chairman of the CPPCC national committee, Xiqing Chen, vice director of United Front Work Department, Shian Cui, Chief executive of Macau and over 3000 representatives of different fields both at home and abroad took part in it. The 12 teachers and students from School of Arts and Communication of BNUZ were invited to put on performance on the opening ceremony.

This Mazu Culture Tourism Festival is the one that invites most well-known artists and troupes to take part in. Guangdong Government attach great importance to this culture tourism festival, establishing a troupe attend this festival in Macau. The BNUZ delegation was led by Junfang Kang, SAC teacher, the solo dance by Shuqi Li was highly appreciated.

Apart from taking part in the opening ceremony, SAC team also took part in other performances; the leadership said that efforts will be put to strengthen SAC’s culture exchange.
