The BNUZ-SMU Cooperative B.A. Program of Finance Major was approved by the Ministry of Education in September, 2013. (Certificate Number: MOE44CA2A20131463N) Now the following positions are open for application.
A. Positions
1. Program Director
Responsibilities: In charge of the program’s implementation and coordination, mainly including:
(1)Communicate with Canadian partner and coordinate the work between both sides;
(2) Assist BNUZ related administrative departments for students enrollment, personnel, finance and teaching affairs, etc.
(3)Submit annual report on the cooperative program to the Program Committee;
Qualifications:
(1)Ability to work with high enthusiasm and strong responsibility;
(2)Excellent communicational skills and ability to coordinate and organize; A team-player;
(3)Good written and verbal presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
(4)M.A Degree with two years’ study in English-spoken countries and conferred with a corresponding degree; professional background in finance; with a medium-grade or above professional title;
(5)Applicants with overseas work experience are preferred;
2.Secretary for Teaching Affairs
Responsibilities: Assist Program Director to administrate teaching affairs and manage students’ status, mainly including:
(1)Oversee the implementation of teaching tasks and daily administrative work;
(2)Organize and file the teaching materials and documents of students’ status;
(3)Assist Program Director to carry out the educational reform, curriculum building, discipline development, textbook compilation and teaching research, etc.
Qualifications:
(1)Ability to work with enthusiasm and responsibility;
(2)Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and organize; A team-player;
(3)Good written and verbal presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
(4)M.A Degree with one-year study in English-spoken countries and conferred with a corresponding degree;
(5)Applicants with related work experience are preferred;
3. Secretary for Administration and Student Affairs
Responsibilities: Assist Program Director to manage administrative work and students’ daily educational work, mainly including:
(1)Manage students’ daily educational work, organize and file student-related materials;
(2)Work on the employment of graduates;
(3)Manage administrative work and host receptions;
(4)Assist Program Director on personnel and finance-related work;
Qualifications:
(1)B.A or above Degree, one-year study in English-spoken countries and conferred with a corresponding degree;
(2)Enthusiasm for student work, high responsibility and strong sense of dedication; honest and sincere; ability to work carefully and steadfastly;
(3)Ability to organize and coordinate; A team-player with strong ability to work and communicate; good written and verbal presentation skills in English;
(4)Applicants with experience in student work are preferred;
